Flamed & Brushed Paving
Mongolian Black Granite
Black granite paving that is flamed first, then brushed — a textured outdoor surface that feels softer and looks darker than a plain flamed finish.

Product description
Flaming opens the surface of the granite; brushing then takes off the sharp crystal points. The result keeps grip and texture but is smoother to walk on, easier to clean, and shows a deeper black than flamed stone alone.
This finish is popular for patios, pool surrounds and garden terraces in the UK, Europe and Australia. We recommend approving a finish sample first, because the depth of brushing changes both the feel and the colour.
